RETURNS & EXCHANGE 

All products must be returned in the original condition and unused state, in perfect condition, with all packaging materials in place and all the tags attached (if applicable). You must have a copy of your purchase receipt. If the item is eligible for a return or exchange, the return label must be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. Once the return label has been issued you will then have seven days to follow the instructions and drop your return item at the nearest authorized drop-off point. Once the item has been received by our team, it will be inspected if it meets return or exchange requirements. We reserve the right not to accept any return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. We will notify you via email if the item is eligible for a full refund once the item has been received. If you wish to exchange an item, all return policies apply.

The made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you wish to receive alteration services, please email us at contact@saramirza.ca to check for alteration eligibility. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible photos of products on our website. However, as computer monitors, mobile devices and other technology devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour and other details will be completely accurate.

Saramirza.ca accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

All payment methods are processed through secure portals such as Stripe and PayPal.

All online purchases and prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). 

Please note that SARA MIRZA reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason. In such a case, you will be fully refunded for your order and notified via email. All purchases within Canada are charged with the applicable local tax rate. If you are located outside of Canada and the U.S., and your country collects value-added tax (“VAT”), you are responsible for this tax at the time of delivery. Please note that VAT may also apply to the shipping and duty costs. All products by SARA MIRZA are eligible for complimentary worldwide shipping. If you wish to cancel an order or make changes, please notify us immediately via contact@saramirza.ca. 

 

CANCELLING ORDERS 

 All orders are charged at checkout, regardless of the expected shipping date. SARA MIRZA reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason. In such a case, you will be fully refunded for your order and notified via email. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately at contact@saramirza.ca since ready-to-wear items are placed for shipping within 1-3 Canadian business days. 

If you wish to cancel made-to-order and pre-order items, please notify us immediately at contact@saramirza.ca.

 

 SHIPPING 

All SARA MIRZA products are shipped in packages suitable for the specific item. The shipping information such as the tracking number and estimated delivery date will be sent to you via email. If there are any unforeseen delays or complications, you will be notified via email. We provide worldwide complimentary shipping. If the package is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately at contact@saramirza.ca upon delivery so we can assist you. Please note that SARA MIRZA reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason. In such a case, you will be notified via email and fully refunded for your order.

 

MADE-TO-ORDER 

If you wish to have an item made to order for you, please contact us at contact@saramirza.ca. 

All Made-to-order items require a minimum of one month for preparation. You will be notified in regards to the expected delivery date for your Made-to-order item via email. For all Made-to-order items, you will be in contact with our creative director to facilitate the process. Please note that SARA MIRZA reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason. In such a case, you will be notified via email and fully refunded for your order. If you wish to cancel Made-to-order and Pre-order items, please notify us immediately at contact@saramirza.ca.

Please note that custom or Made-to-order items are not eligible for a return or exchange.​​​​ A special fee is added for all custom orders depending on the design and/or changes.
